The second workshop was hosted by the Aravind Eye Care System (Aravind) at their dedicated training facility, LAICO, in Madurai, India on April 29-30, 2011. There were 21 attendees representing 10 organizations in the following four countries: Bangladesh, India, Indonesia and the Philippines.
